actually tea contains less, at least green tea, white tea and black tea does if i remember right green contains 25-30mg, white tea 20mg black tea around 40mgIt's funny how many coffee lovers there are out there. I know tea is supposed to contain as much caffeine as coffee, but somehow tea doesn't seem to affect me in the same way. Maybe it's psychological?

Well, that explains it. I like my instant to be strong enough to stand a spoon up in, so I must be getting a huge dose of caffeine. Can't seem to wake up without it though.
