I don't sleep worth a darn most of the time, due to my back problems and not being able to get comfortable, and also b/c my mind is always thinking and I have a hard time shutting down.
My doc put me on a mild sleeping pill which sometimes helps, but if I'm having a really bad back day or if I'm really stressing out over something, they're totally worthless.
