I feel relaxed but also sad as my cousin lost her twins during the week (she was 5 months pregnant).

You know guys I feel great at this moment in time. Came home from a hard day on site. I cooked myself my Wife and her son dinner, which was smoked cod fillets on a bed of roasted peppers,onions, mange tout, aubergines, and wild mushrooms, lightly sprinkled with capers and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. This all seemed effortless as I consumed three brandys and coke whilst cooking. After a hot soak in the bath, the wife gave me an all over body massage with oil. I fell asleep for about 30 minutes. Then I woke up feeling
