To me, your kitty looks like a beautiful blue/grey kitten, but not a Russian Blue. The face just does not fit. That's not to say that there might not be some some Russian Blue in his background, but I just think there are too many things that are different for him to be a purebred Russian Blue. Every Russian Blue I've ever seen has that look of a smiling face, and I don't see that smile on your kitty, as well as the vivid green eyes, and even the shape of the face is a bit different.
