Yesterday we took our two 5 month old kittens to get neutered. Today I noticed one of them has I believe his canine barely hanging on in his gums. I don't see an adult tooth pushing out, but even when humans lose their baby teeth, it takes some time for the adult tooth to fill in the spot. So do you guys think I should take the cat to the vet to check it out. I don't think if they interbated him for surgery they messed up his tooth, but not sure. Here's the best pic I could get without him squirming too much.
Update. Just looked at him again, and the tooth is gone. Must have swallowed it when he was eating dry food. Oh well. If it was an adult tooth, which I doubt, its gone. Not gonna have dental surgery on him. Have another cat missing teeth, and she can lose some weight, so eating is not a problem.
