primal frozen

sorry if this is common? tried to search but not exactly what I wanted to know.  I'm trying to nudge my cat over to eating the primal raw (the frozen little blocks you thaw and feed, not freeze dried). These are considered complete, right? no need to supplement w taurine or anything else, right?     I'm still doing research on raw feeding how-to so... I am not up for making his food. I cannot make my own family's food. I cannot make my own so pre-made frozen is my goal.

Most commercial frozen raw is complete.  I use Rad Cat & Primal.  Rad Cat is very messy but some of the others contain too much fat.  Here is a link:
