It should be formed poop from eating wet food, so the kittens may need worming or treatment for parasites. You should call the vet.

I did a web search using the key words: ' kittens weaning wet food diarrhea '.

Here are a few quotes from only a few of the articles that came up in the search results:

". . .  If at any time during the weaning process your kitten(s) develop diarrhea, stop transitioning into other foods until the loose stool stops. . . ."

http://www.felinexpress.com/kitten-care/weaning-kittens.asp

". . . Cow’s milk is not nutritious enough for kittens - they will slowly starve to death on it. It also causes diarrhea which is extremely dangerous for young kittens. . . .

". . . Weaning occurs at about 4-5 weeks, but keep in mind that some kittens take a bit longer . . .

". . . Remember that changes in diet can quickly cause diarrhea, so keep an eye on your kitten's stools. Consult our guide to stool and urine in the "Basics" section. Diarrhea can be life-threatening to a kitten if left untreated; usually, a dose of one or more types of antibiotics prescribed by your vet will get them back on track.

[I would give them all some cat probiotics & some coconut milk mixed in their food:

'crystalbat' commented near the following web-page's end:

". . . The beautiful kitten i live with is fed raw coconut water as a treat, and she luuuuuurves it . . .

also some juice pulp mixed with her food. she is very healthy and happy."

"Chronic Diarrhea Can Be Life Threatening!"

http://www.grandmas-wisdom.com/chronic-diarrhea.html

[Coconut milk (made from its flour) can effectively treat diarrhea, with experiences.]

". . . You can check to make sure a kitten is properly hydrated by pulling up the skin at the scruff of the neck. If it bounces back nicely, hydration is good.

If it doesn't bounce back, or goes back down slowly, they...need . . ." http;//kittenrescue.org/index.php/cat-care/kitten-care-handbook/

I am not saying that any of that advice is bad, but it is important to remember that much of what you find on the web is unverified, and some may be actually harmful. Make sure you confirm anything you want to do with your vet or someone you trust who is experienced.

After researching what holistic-minded vets say about using Coconut for pets, then after using it with my family . . . I've used it on our dogs & cats with only good effects, as long (as I don't give too much at a time, which can cause diarrhea). I share the following information about using Coconut for pets by 2 of my favorite vets, for others to learn from too.

Congrats on such precious kitties . It is good advice to let the vet see Momma kitty. It is wonderful that you took her in, and taking good care of them all. Thank you for sharing these beautiful pics.Enjoy them all!
