That is exciting! She has been pushing for over an hour? I have always been told if they are actively pushing for more than an hour than they need to go to an emergency vet. If she is just contracting it is fine. They can have kittens days apart!

Thank you I'm not sure the difference between pushing and contracting. Everything few moments her tummy tightens up and she lifts it while pushing her legs against the box. Kinda looks like both! I've just rang my vet too

How are things now? Any more kittens?

It sounds like she was having more contractions.

The kitten was a stillborn. But she have birth to another healthy kitten straight away. The other one must've been stuc and delayed labour for around 2.5 hours

She hasn't had anymore now for 4 hours but still tenses her tummy every now and then. I think if there is more to come they won't be alive :(

We'll see. It sounds like she is having after pains.

So for now it's just the one kitten. Is it nursing well?

She had two yesterday. Nothing happened overnight, this morning she is still contracting ever now and then. The soild black kitten has put on 10g and the black one only 2g. Should I be concerned. So that makes them 111g and 125g

Give it another day. If the black and white one still does not gain at least 6 grams, then you can supplement.
