So I've had both my cats since they were kittens. Thanatos (the male) got my female, freyja, pregnant during her first heat give or take a month and a half ago to two months. My first question is when would the kittens be born and the second is, is it normal for him to be taking care of her (cleaning,etc.)?

They are typically born around day 65-67.

Yes, if they are friends he may do it, and probably also coparent the kittens.. Observe, if he is still fertile tom, she may get impregnated anew already one week after delivery...

It would be best to neuter your male now. He will still be fertile for a month after his surgery, and can get your female pregnant again right away.
