Hello. I am new here. I have had my cat for 3 years and a couple years ago she got out and got in a fight with a stray. She got tore up pretty bad (cost me 300 vet bill )

and since then she hasn't wanted to go back out. Then a few months ago she ran out the door and was gone for a couple weeks. When she came back home i she was pregnant. I can feel and see the kittens moving. My concern is the way her teats look. She has one by he front leg 2 right beside each other in the middle and one by her back leg. I am worried about the 2 in the middle and the one by her back leg has a rough sandpaper feel to it. Sorry if this is a stupid question I am just concerned about it.

They are oddly placed, but will hopefully all work when the time comes.

She probably licks the rough-feeling one the most, so it's chapped. Use olive or coconut oil on all of her nipples to moisturize them and prevent further chapping.

You need to buy a can of PetAg kitten formula powder, a bottle, and a small syringe in case you need to supplement the kittens.

Once you begin seeing and feeling the kittens, it's usually 2-3 weeks until delivery. How long have you seen movement?

Do you have oil for her nipples?

Yes, you want to be sure that it's safe for her to lick, and for the babies after they are born.

Tea tree oil isn't moisturizing and is not safe to ingest.

Make sure to get powdered kmr. PetAg is a reliable brand.

Do you plan to spay mom after this litter?

Yes i am definitely getting her spayed. I know tea tree oil cannot be ingested. I will get some olive oil and hopefully it will help before she has her babies.

Diamond looks thinner today though she hasn't had her kittens yet and i haven't felt them move today. Shes also wanting attention more today. Shes not a very social cat normally. Dosnt care for attention but shes been on my lap today wanting me to pet her.

Looking thinner means the kittens have probably dropped lower down near the birth canal. This usually precedes labor by 2-3 days. She's getting closer!
