Kittens are not vaccinated until 8 weeks old. The vaccines at 2 weeks will make them very sick. They are too young.

I hope the meds will clear up mom’s diarrhea. What med did the vet give?

Perhaps try a different vet for the kittens.

Are you able to keep Mom inside with her babies now? She should not go outside at all until they have been weaned and she can be spayed.
