I've given her 3ml at each of these timestamps. I don't see a growth in weight which worries me a bit.

Should I increase the dose? Her siblings weigh 100grams more.

Yes, I suggest that you give her twice as much at each feeding to help her gain. Let us know how that goes. If a kitten is not gaining 6-10 grams a day it means it needs more food.

It's never too much! Kittens grow so fast that they eat a great deal. She has some catching up to do as well. It is difficult to overfeed a kitten, which is why you should give her as much as she wants, but at least the minimum. The gain is very good. Be proud, and keep it up! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

I was addressing the 6-10g/day that she had surpassed.

Also it's difficult to know how much she wants as she is resting a lot - it's a bit like I forcefeed her with the "syringe".

However for the past two feedings she has been cooporating a bit more.

I think I can spay her, what would be the benefits of doing that? As she is an indoor cat I don't think she will get pregnant again as there are no sexually active cat males here.

From personal experience, I can say a huge benefit is avoiding mammary cancer, definitely! My family thought the same thing with the two kitties I had as a teenager; they were never outside and never had kittens, so we thought to just cut costs not to bother. When I finally moved of the house, I took them with me and got them spayed. They discovered that Sweetie had mammary cancer during her spay, and Ember was diagnosed with it too about a year later. It's one of the really crappy, aggressive cancers that once they have it, it doesn't really go into remission, you can just hold it off for a few months, maybe a year or two, with treatment. They were both around eight years old when they died. Sex hormones are the biggest risk factor for feline mammary cancer.
