Ok, just to add to my stress levels, I had to call off work today. Last night I started getting chills, sweats, started gagging for no apparent reason (I've been having a problem with gagging for the last year) to the point I was throwing up and then just getting dry heaves. So, I went to see my PCP today.
I explained what was going on, including the whole gagging thing. I explain I was tired constantly and just haven't felt right. I got routine blood tests done in Sept (just routine but I did have him test my thyroid). Turns out my thyroid IS out of wack and my cholesteral is 238. He wants to do a serious of tests on me including ultrasound on my gallbladder and see a stomach specialist....but then he asked the question...."is there a chance you could be pregnant?" LOL
So, tomorrow I am going for my blood test (for pregnancy and for more in depth thyroid testing). How long does it take for the results??? I just want to know for sure so I can start doing something proactive to get me back to feeling normal!
