So I weighed them earlier and there one was 82 grams and the other was 86 grams. The gains were just 3 grams and six grams in 24 hours. I know it's not good but with the diarrhea it's good right? Or should they still be gaining more even with it?

I gave the both 2 drops of Albon a piece earlier. Then I also had some propectalin 1/8 a tablet crushed mixed with water and I gave them 1/2 a cc of it.

Yes, for babies who weigh that little, the gains are okay.

Have you been able to get pedialyte yet?

Hopefully the Albon will help resolve the diarrhea soon!

How much/how often are you feeding?

Between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. Whenever they start crawling around and looking for it. Sometimes it can be just an hour later.

How much are you giving at each feeding?

They have taken as much as 5cc at a time which scared me. But they slept good after that.
