So I think Nemo is back to normal (well as normal as you can be when I'm this paranoid haha). His litter habits are back to usual - there doesn't appear to be straining, repeated visits or anything like that. Maybe he was stressed with the conjunctivitis, vet visit and maybe the throwing up was completely unrelated but I think it threw him off and stressed him out. He is back to his cuddly, lazy self. Thanks for everyone's help!
