nice pictures cat people i love the close ups
I would have loved to have kept them, but I couldn't. My cat, Abbie, is 19 years old, deaf as a doornail, and her kidneys are failing. I didn't think it would be fair to her to have two kittens running around scaring the crap out of her every 5 minutes, especially since she would not be able to hear them coming. She also hates, HATES other cats. It broke my heart to place them, but my first loyalty is to my girl who's been with me for almost two decades. I found great homes for them, and they are both thriving and loving their new mommies & daddies.Originally Posted by babygirl
Yes she's beautiful and she looks like my baby pitufo (yeah I know he's black). I wanted them to be a couple.
Why didn't you keep her?
I have lots of pictures of both Briar and Buttercup. How about if I work on a thread for them, then I can show off my beautiful girl, and you can get your Buttercup fix?Originally Posted by babygirl
I'm sorry that Abby is sick, I'm glad that you found a great home for the two kittens. Do you have more pics of Buttercup? Can you send them to me? Pitufo enjoys looking at her pics.
Those are GORGEOUS pictures!Originally Posted by clixpix

I also have a couple more entries for the close-up thread. I was looking at some pics I had of my foster babies from last summer, and thought I'd share them:
Romeo Montague (as a tiny baby when I first got him)
a bit later...
later still...
Boo Radley (I don't have as many close-ups...he was much more camera shy than his brother):
Ooh...more babies I miss! Fostering is hard! I had three other babies, but there's lots of pictures to sort through. I'll post them later.
