My new kitten, just about 2 months old that I found outside in the garbage is spending alot of time in the litter box, just sitting there. She just really started eating yesterday when I mixed her wet food with dry, but I haven't seen any new poop in about a day now and I am concerned because she is just sitting there. She is drinking water and peeing alot. She is very thin and I just found her thursday. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe she has worms. You should take her to the vet and have her checked out and dewormed. Don't try deworming on your own! She's very small and she may not even have worms, but it's important to make sure that there isn't anything seriously wrong with her before starting any kind of treatment.
