I have three cats and once I find out who produced this I will be taking them in, hopefully tomorrow morning.
This morning I found some tinted red urine in my bathroom. It was what I would consider a normal amount of urine for a cat. It smelled of urine so that's why I am assuming it is. There didn't appear to be anything in it, just that it was red. I'm not sure which of my three cats did it, I think it may be my little man Pippin who is 1. He likes to destroy the toilet paper rolls and I found a played with roll next to the pee. Other than that I have no idea who it could be, they are all acting normal. Besides pippin, I have a 3 year old male and a 9 year old female. I did not see any red pee in the box when I cleaned it this morning but I use paper pellets as litter and they are grey so I'm worried I could have just missed it.
I am away from them most of the day so I can't tell if anyone is going more frequently than normal. I saw the box right after my 3 year old male went this morning and the litter seemed fine but then again it is dark.
Is there any other way to tell who it might be? Does this sound like a uti just from the odd place I found the pee and the red tint? I wish I would have saved some of it or something, I just cleaned it up and made a note of it, although even if we confirmed it was a uti from a sample I still wouldn't know who did it.
Any help at all is appreciated, I know I don't have much information to go on. I just hate that someone may be hurting and I have no idea who
