LOL I bet if mine weren't a flatscreen I'd have cats draped all over it. As it is, Wukong jumps onto the TV all the time =)

Before we had flat screens, ours did that too till my husband freaked out about how hair etc would end up there and there wioudl be fire and some very hot kitties and when he was away, I woudl occasionaly allow them up there with a towel on top of the monitor and finally had him build a little shelf atop the monitor (and you can buy them as well.) They do love their heat but please be careful!
