Point me to right place.....

Hey all here....im just wondering if some one can point me to the right place in order to find ways to make my own siggies. OR can only certain people do them. I do have adobe photo shop if thats something that i may need. If anyone is interested please let me know where to find these directions. Thank you so much for your help, its appreciated
