I'm sorry but I think you need to see a vet. Not only is your cat starving but the kittens growing inside her will not grow with out food. Maybe something in this article will help you

Olivia needs to go to the vet.  I saw your earlier post where you said that finances were an issue, but she really needs medical care right away.  There is so much going on with her being pregnant, not eating for so long, losing weight and having diarrhea that she needs professional intervention.

You have to get some food into her.  A cat who goes without food for any length of time is in danger of developing hepatic lipidosis, or fatty liver disease, which can be fatal.

Try offering her something really tasty, such as tuna fish, chicken or turkey baby food (without spices), boiled chicken and mashed rice, cheese or scrambled eggs.  Warm them up slightly to release the aroma and make the food more tempting.  Try putting it near her face when she is sleeping.  Sometimes cats will wake up and eat automatically.  If she won't take the food out of her bowl, offer it by hand.  If she still won't take it, get a syringe (no needles) from a pharmacy and slowly feed her with that way.  Because she is pregnant, you can offer her KMR (powdered form is best) for extra nutrients.  You might also try Nutri-cal, a high calorie supplement:

To treat the diarrhea, try mixing a tablespoon of canned pumpkin in her food.  If she won't take it, try feeding it to her with the syringe.

None of the above is meant to substitute for a visit to the vet.  She should see the vet ASAP if you want to save her and her kittens.

Since finances are an issue, there are some things you can try.   Handsome Kitty posted one article - here is another:

Also check the following, if you are in the United States:

Check out VCA Animal Hospitals.  They are located in locations around the country and offer a free first exam.  It is pretty basic but at least you might get an idea of what's wrong.   http://www.vcahospitals.com/main/offer

The Humane Society of the United States:  http://www.humanesociety.org/animal...ry_care.html?referrer=https://www.google.com/    Has a list of national resources as well as resources broken down by state.

Prince Chunk Foundation: Provides help with food and vet care.   856-302-6373  http://www.princechunkfoundation.org/veterinary-care-assistance.php

Best Friends  Provides help with vet care:   http://bestfriends.org/resources/financial-aid-pets

The Pet Fund:  Provides help with vet care:   http://thepetfund.com/

Red Rover:  Provides small grants for vet care:    https://redrover.org/      https://redrover.org/redrover-relief-grants

Modest needs:  Funds a wide variety of small emergency needs, including vet care:    https://www.modestneeds.org/    This takes time to set up so is not suitable for your immediate emergency but is worth considering down the road..

Ask the vet about a payment plan.  If he or she declines, CareCap is an organization that works with vets to try and set up a plan:    http://www.carecap.com/thepetfund/for-pet-owners

Go Fund Me:  a personal request for help:  https://www.gofundme.com/lp/welcome-4?pc=fb_pp_ga_120115_atconq_w22&gclid=CN6YqfrP2coCFcwWHwodg4YOsA

CareCredit:  A health care credit card that covers vet   http://www.carecredit.com/faqs/basics/    Great if you can pay it back in the interest free period.

Good luck.  I hope your girl recovers and gives birth to healthy kittens!   Be sure to check out all the links at the top of the Pregnant Cats and Kittens forum for information you'll need for before, during and after kittens are born.

I will add to all advices above

, if you can get raw goat milk - fresh or frozen, its good too.  MAY even do a big part of the trick.   It may be pricey thought esp if bought as fresh from a fancy Health food shop...

With watery diarrhea, some sort of home-made pedialyte is practically a must.   There are flavorless bought pedialyte for babies, but they do cost.

A link to a tread on pedialyte

On pedialyte:   http://www.thecatsite.com/t/301213/pedialyte-question-6-week-old-kitten#post_3778057

You can perhaps get her some probiotics, to stabilize her intestine bacterias. PetAgs  BeneBac is excellent, so is  "S.  boulardii"   These are the two probably best, but there are surely also other useful. BeneBac especially useful for small orphans.

Even a common, sugarfree, full fat mild yoghurt is useful.  Especielly if it contains added bacteria of Acidophyllus and Bifidus...

There is a greek youghurt brand called   Fage, which contain these bacteria.   This youghurt should be quite optimal.

Consulting a decently good vet is still a must.  Both she and the babies are in grave danger.

So get home kmr and or goat milk - both as supplement for her, and for the babies if they are born alive.   Probability is great she wont have any mikl for  them, as she is emaciated now.

Sorry, but the situation is Red Alert.
