Wonderful! Just make sure all are nursing well, and feed mom plenty of wet food and dry food and water for nursing. She may not be hungry right away since she ate placentas.

Good thing you called into work and stayed home.

My baby Blitz is still leaking a bit of blood from her vulva though. Is that normal?

Yes.  I think all females do it.  Humans do.

Yes, she will spot blood for about a week. It should get pinkish, then brownish, then disappear. Completely normal. Part of the healing process.

Be sure mom has unlimited food and water at all times. [emoji]128522[/emoji]
