Longhaired (possibly mediumhaired) domestic. With that rather short nose she has probably some persian ancestor not so far ago.
The coloring is called bi-color, often called for tuxedo.
I dont see on my monitor if the dark is black, brown or dark grey. Lets say its black, it will give black and white bicolor...
