They evaluated him at the vet all day today. He didn't move, didn't use the bathroom, and was in a lot of pain. They had to put him down. I can't even think right now. They think it was meningitis.

I am so sorry for your loss.  When you feel up to it, you might want to post a tribute to Rudy in our Crossing the Bridge Forum.  I am going to lock this thread now.
