May be you are right :(
I am so sorry. :(
I promise.. I will save him. I am making the formula as #7.
I will feed him in every 2 hours.
But.. I think he is making a weird sound beside meow.. What is it?

Here is the table I used to convert grams to ounces.

http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/grams-to-ounces-table.htm

So the kitten is about 4.76 ounces.  He needs 8 ml per ounce so 38 ml of formula per day.  If you are feeding every 2 hours that is 3-4 ml at each feeding.  Remember the kitten must be warm to digest the food and the food must be at least room temp or a little warmer.  He cannot digest cold food.

I'm sure there is a way to calculate using grams but I don't know it.

The kitten should gain a minimum of 6 - 10 grams a day, so as he grows the amount of food must be increased.

Are you able to get the ingredients for making the kitten formula?
Observe, these numbers are for a kitten this weigh.  BUT, if he is three weeks, he is much underweigh...  So these are absolute minimum, he really should get more and more...

Can you post a video of the kitten so we can see what he is doing?

I can't get it to play on my computer.

Have you feed the cat?  If he is fed and warm, purring is a good thing.  Unfortunately  some cats also purr when dying.

Observe, as Sarthur mentioned, the formula in nr 7 is an emergency formula, used to survive the night when the shops are closed...

WHAT do you have over there at your place, any kmr or goat milk...  Any pet shops??

Or ingredients for a more elaborated formula...  The ingredients you could find in a food shop for humans.

egg yolk,  fullfat plain youghurt,       Other milk products, for example low lactose milk?  Milk from other animals than cows??

do you have glucose sugar (dextrose), or anything which contains this?  glucose sirup, white caro syrup, honey?

Aything else you think you may add?

If your remaining kittens seems to get weak, you can try and smear some glucose sugar or similiar on its lips and gum.  Sometimes it helps, perks in some energy...

Do you have something to feed the kitten?

Smear a tiny bit on the kittens lips or gums, wait for it to kick in then feed the kitten.

I got it.. Glucose (Dextrose Monohydrate 100%)..
What should I do now?
Excellent.  Its a good base in home made pedialyte (the same for cats and humans), or any kitten glop you can make.  What more do you have there?

I suppose you DO have some there, many of our american forumists  are totally helpless when they shall find glucose....

You have to make do with what you have.  Maybe tomorrow you can get better supplies.  If there is a vet nearby, they may have kitten formula.

Hang in there and keep us updated.
