Please answer...lost

So we have had "64" for just alittle over a year...she has NEVER EVER peed or pooped anywhere but the litter box...ever since she got spayed at 5 months....she still acts as though she is in heat meowing and rubbing all over the place, we took het back to VET they ran test and she she was NOT IN HEAT...well anyways she has done that 5 times since being spayed....she is acting that way again this week, and she threw up yellow bile, then she jumped on our bed and PEED......she has NEVER EVER done that.....now what ?

I honestly can't say I have seen this before in a cat.  I know my little girl did get noisy and rubbing for several months after she was spayed but she has never gone outside of her litter box.  My first thought would be to seek a second opinion. Do keep us posted.

The bile and peeing on the bed may be totally unrelated to the "faux heat" episodes, for want of a better description. Has she been checked out by a vet this week?
