I cut it off all the time - in fact, I've had a number four a few times. I kinda think hair is just like any other accessory, so you can chop and change and switch it around a lot. I never have the same hair! It's been platinum blonde, mousey, blue-black (like it is at the moment), red, purple, streaks, foils, plain colour - you name it, I've done it!!
