It's too small

. Generally speaking you can reduce digipix really well, but enlarging them ... There's just not enough information there for the program algorithms (did I use that word right

?) to extrapolate into much of a larger pic.

Where did it come from? Is it a scan? Can you re-scan it with different settings if it is?

As Kelly and Cindy have observed, enlarging is not as successful as reducing size. But here it is, anyway...
