I hope you get everything worked out. Its hard not to fall in love with such a cute face, but you also have a right to know exactly what it is you paid for.
I would be careful about relying on DNA tests to report to CFA for non-allowable outcrosses. One such test reported my Minnosh as a chocolate carrier, which is not allowable for Turkish Vans in CFA. I had to go to another lab to confirm that she was NOT a carrier and the original lab had to do a re-test for me (though they were quite dismissive at first, as they said the test is 99.99% accurate!) Another test reported my Patik as not carrying dilute. . . until he produced some blues! Just be very careful, DNA testing is new technology and there are many things that can cause a false positive or negative.
