Oh yeah. You wouldn't have to ask twice, Daisy. Or even once, for that matter.
She was a happy cat last night. We got to bed extraordinarily early, about 8pm, and she had Big Pets while I was lying there. She rewarded me for correct behaviour by going and doing a big poo, only 22 hours since the last. I'm not joking, I'm always so pleased when she goes, and she often does it when I've gone to bed or turned the lights out - it really does feel like she's showing approval for me following a proper timetable.
Cats are very wise and intelligent. They KNOW.
