Not wanting to hijack your thread, but i have a flower wrecker myself who goes by the name of Rosie!!!.
I've been known to carry the vase through to the livingroom where i can keep an eye on her because she bends them and bites the heads off to play with
Here she is JUST about to start her handywork!

Susan, that pic of Rosie is priceless! "Ha ha, mom thinks I can be trusted around the flowers." Midnight does the same thing she does, bites the heads off any flowers we get in the house.

Kitters loves roses.!!!! I can't even leave them out, and now I've found out it's most any flowers. I now have to keep all flowers entering the house IN THE FRIDGE! and everytime you open it up you hack to give her a few petals to eat!
