i've read the fine prints of all 4 companies available in canada (president choice, vetinsurance, petplan, petcare) non cover existing conditions. i'm not sure if it's the same case in the states. if yes, i guess ur best bet is to save money monthly.

it was suggested by the adoption people and you get one free month for adopting............we decided on the "indoor only" cat package for like $10 a month...................
