So! I have an almost 3 year old male cat! Who is neutered! In Nov we brought home a female kitten who he loves and has no issue with! My husband and I have separate couches we sit on recently my male cat has started to pee on a particular spot on the couch! My husband and I cleaned it with urine out. Washed the cushion, the cushion cover and the couch cover! Then not even a few hours after he started digging at the couch, I looked and he had peed on it again!!! They have a super clean box I scoop it every day and add new liter to it everyday as well! He hasn’t peed any where else but this particular spot on the couch! I’ve read some things on here about cleaners to use or to help prevention! But we’ve tried all that stuff already! Is my next step the vets with him?

Hello and welcome to TCS. A vet checkup is probably a good idea to ensure he doesn't have a UTI. If his checkup is fine, then you will have to address it as a possible behavioral issue.
