Today went I went outside to see the stray kitten I take care of his paw seemed bigger than the other.He doesn't seem to be in pain and is running around and playing like normal.Should I be worried?

Am I seeing that right? His whole right leg seems swollen?
If you can, keep an eye on him in case he starts to limp or anything else not usual.

Yeah,his other leg seems bigger but he doesn't mind and is not paying that much attention to it.Still,I will keep an eye on him if anything happens.
