we have a few nightlights. i usually leave a couple for the guys when we're out of town. they are the GE square ones, that usually give off a low green or blue glow. and they say "low electric usage" on them. i keep one in our dining area next to that cat box all the time, as it's pretty pitch black out there during the night and i don't like to trip if i have to walk out in the dark. i usually put another in the bedroom when we're gone, and instruct the petsitter to use our stove light that has a CFL bulb in it.
