Ouch! Infected claw?

Praise to Porter for letting me manhandle him like this to get the pictures. It's hard, and this is the only claw that seems to have a problem. He's not limping, and he's not favoring that paw at all... It just looks infected! Any ideas?

Yeah, I agree there's something going on there.  Definitely need to see a vet to find out what's going on and to get a treatment plan.
