Well, I posted here a few weeks ago about 3 kittens I had rescued at birth because their mother refused to care for them. They are now a little over four weeks old, and doing GREAT! Also(how's this for a coincidence?) about two weeks ago I was taking a walk and heard a kitten crying in the woods. It had been raining, and I was heading home, but I stopped to investigate and found a poor little sopping manx kitten who was about four weeks old. Seeing no mother in site I took her home and found that she was infested with fly eggs(fly strike) I cut off all her fur and removed the eggs, and thankfully it was in time to prevent maggots from hatching. Two weeks later she is still good and growing! They are all getting to the nuisance stage
Which I of course love
I still can't find my camera cord, but here is one photo from a friends camera I borrowed. The pale orange and white is the male Jackel, the longhaired dilute calico at the front of the picture is Genet, the calico with more white that is looking straight at the camera is Cheetah, and the red mackeral tabby at the very back of the picture is the kitten I found, Lioness, who is now almost 6 weeks old.
