BUT it could also be your PC if you have a lot of issues there. Most people don't know what sort of graphics cards/chips are required just to run anything from the last few years unless they've built/upgraded their own PC. Since ATI and nvida make a lot of budget cards most people can make the mistake of thinking newer series always = better when say it's a x2xx or x4xx type card.

I don't think it's the pc because it's the same when I'm using an xbox or ps3, and especially when I play call of duty modern warfare and it's not as bad with other games. And actually I can circumvent that problem with a pc cuz I can just use the keyboard rather than a controller and it's all good.. For some odd reason I also always use inverted controls, it makes sense to me to push down to look up
my friends are the opposite they can't do anything with inverted controls..

I use inverted controls, often, too.
If the game is third person view, then standard controls are fine.
