That infuriates me to no end.
When I went through my little escapade a couple of months ago, I was ready to call in a complaint on the lady for treating animals inhumanely. But didnt, cause I realized it would have done no good. People who do this type of action to a pet of any sort should have the book thorwn at them. If he had all those charges, a suspended sentence, an order to stay away, and more, then why not start combining htem to give a harsher penalty and use this person as a scape goat???? Seems a bit of injustice to a living being just because they cannot talk.
Makes me want to do whatever I can to improve my little ones quality of life, to no end, no matter what.
