Older Cat Losing Weight After New Kitten

Got a new kitten and my older baby started turning up his nose to his food he has lose weight and Has had diarrhea and vomiting. He has gone through every test and can't find anything.
Any tips ?

I have feliway plugged in, separate feeding stations, 3 litter boxs. They seem to like each other they groom each other and sometimes cuddle and play.
