I love it how we English all love the rain
But then we get plenty of practice listening to it don't we!!!

I love to hear the rain thrashing against the window.
I love the waves crashing on the shore - or falling gently on the sand
Choral music is just incredible
I love to hear my daughter laughing upstairs when she hears something funny
My kitties purring gives me a warm glow inside
I love sitting in the garden and listening to the birds chattering about their business

I love thunder storms! Hurricanes are pretty aweome, too.
Crickets chirping
Frogs at night, a summer sound.
A well-built motor,idling at a redlight.
A Mercury 90hp outboard motor- I used to have to hook my boat motor up to the hose to flush the saltwater out of it, it would be located between these 2 buildings that created a wonderful acoustic effect, & I would rev the motor just to hear it..
An OLD Kawasaki 900- I swear I could still recognize that sound from down the street.
