OK, I'll calm down! My old cats both had the vaccination as soon I was aware that it was available because I had known a cat that had died of it. They were both always OK with it.

Odd post-checkup behavior

All my parents cats had the jabs for it as well and they were fine, but like you i have also heard of a couple of cats die from leukemia
but hopefully the vets do come up with an answer soon as to wether they really need it every year or not.
