As I like to tell people. if I was a big drinker, there wouldn't be a lot of liquor in the house because we would have drank it all.

this is one of the prettiest things in the house. we are leaving it when we sell the house. It took my husband three days to put it together and install it.
Wow, that chandelier (sp?) is beautiful. I can't believe you have to leave it behind!

Karen-- I agree with what you said. Around here, lots of people line up the empty bottles from what theyve dranken, like a contest in the windows. Which is totally different than having a well-stocked bar. See, it's when you have empty 18-packs lined up by the trash that you know... By our trashcan there are three of those and five pizza boxes.

I had one of the bigger stuffed animal types too. I believe it is in my parent's attic. And yes that is an old Barbie shoe next to it. It has no match and no I don't still play with Barbies. It's just something I've alwasy kept out and around.

This is a little porcelin cat made to look like a gift bag. One of my best friends from elementary school gave it to me.

Here are my little trees. I like rocks and minerals and things. I actually bought these for myself and then decided to give them to DH as a birthday present when we were just friends. So I guess they are mine again! Right now they are sitting on a shelf in my study that has become the dropping grounds for my knicknaks as I switch them around. (DH is anti-clutter, therefore anti-knicknack! Which also explains why my study looks the way it does...it's the only place I can be free to be me!
