Hi everyone!
My housemate's cat has recently been acting in a way that is somewhat out of character for her. In the past 2-3 weeks, she has started to display rather undesirable and uncharacteristic behaviors, such as urinating and defecating inside the house, eating out of the trash, and begging us humans for food. Up until the time frame mentioned, we had no problems with her and she was a rather nice cat to have around, but it is getting rather tiresome having to scold her all of the time for her behavior, as nothing we can do seems to make any difference. What I want to know is if anyone can shed some light on why she has just started to do it, and what I can do to curb this behavior.
If it means anything, she is and un-speyed female cat, and had a litter just over 5 weeks ago (litter born October 7).
Thanks so much
