Nursing cat in heat?

I don't remember how old the kittens are.  If you have KMR you can feed it to them in a dish. It's vital they get all their nutritional requirements.

they were born january 4th. my other female cat pretty much made oreo feed her kittens and now she is feeding them.

Unfortunate for you that it costs so much to spay/neuter your cats.  I live in Northern California, in Monterey Bay, and this elderly woman left a fortune to the SPCA when she died to have low-cost spaying; it only costs $5 for a male or female.  We are so fortunate as long as that grant doesn't wear out.
