But I haven't been around in a long time so I thought I would reintroduce myself and my furkids. . .
I'm Melissa and I share my home with 4 cats and 5 parrots. Here are the kitties. . .

The calico girl on the right is Trinity. She is the first animal that I adopted when I got out on my own. She's a sweetheart (when she wants to be) and she loves her daddy. She's got quite a bit of that calico tude too but I wouldn't have it any other way.
Nemo is the little white guy next to her. He's a shy little man who I've had since he was only about a pound. When I got him he was covered in fleas and full of worms and quite scruffy actually but he's definately blossomed into a gorgeous boy!
The grey tabby next to him is my Bentley boy. He's my soul kitty. I adopted him from the local petsmart. It's funny because he definately chose me. He walked right up to the front of the cage and started purring and kneading. It wasn't until I got him home that I realized he's scared of just about everything besides me!
And last but certainly not least is my Mercury. He was adopted from my vet after his mother (who was a barn cat) was killed in an accident. He's my most entertaining cat for sure, although sometimes we have to wonder about him. . . I think he might have run himself into the wall a few too many times, lol.
Then there's the parrots (never a dull moment around here). I won't bore you with all their stories (although I will tell you if anyone wants to know) but I will share a few pics.
Peppers and Hans are my amazons.
Sydney and Sky are my bare eyed cockatoos.
\\
And Boomer is my sun conure.
