I wasn't able to do either of things when I first joined because I was under 18. But I'll be turning 19 in May and I still can't. Help?

I have asked Admin to look into this for you
it might be something needing changing in your account settings
The system doens't automatically switch you over. We have to do it manually.
You should be all set now. If not, just let me know.
