Noise After Vomiting?

I want to know why my cat made a high pitched noise after vomiting. This is the first time that has happened in 12 years?

Hello and welcome to TCS. Not sure about the high pitched noise. Usually the yowl comes before vomiting. How is your cat today?

While I don't know the reason, Hekitty has done that once in the 10 years that I have had her. It is the oddest sound, but she seemed fine almost immediately after, and it has never happened again.
