Newborn Kitten Won’t Eat

Our 6 day old kitten stopped eating. She is cold even with the heat pad on. And she won’t poop. Is her body shutting down?

Can you take her to the vet? Does she have a mama cat, or were you feeding her by bottle/syringe?
