My cat is 3 years old. He's an orange tabby. Last week or so he's been limping on an off. When he's not limping he's his regular self chasing the laser pointer at crazy speeds and jumping to the top of our cupboards which is by the ceiling by jumping on the counter then the fridge and then the top of the cupboards...but when he's limping he lays there and won't walk and when he does it's only to get to his food and it's always the same leg. Im a student so the vet is expensive for me at the moment but will bring him if I have too. but he's only limped a few times...3 to be exact in the last week and a half...anyone experience anything like this before??? he's an indoor cat never goes outside, he's slightly overweight but the vets never say he's too big when i bring him even though he his slightly over 20 lbs. He eats Iam's indoor cat food. Drinks only water. Occasional wet food once in a while for a treat. Made sure it's not the food that was on recall a while back. I'm just worried about Nizmo and kinda would like to know if this is cause for alarm or if it might be him just having a kink in his leg or something.
